Originally from suburban Minnesota, I spent my formative professional years in Wisconsin and Michigan’s Upper Peninsula before settling in Gainesville, Florida, where I live with my wife, Karissa. A lifelong learner, my educational background spans engineering, architecture, project management, psychology, and human resources, all of which contribute to my holistic approach to People Operations.
